1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the bfok website (bfok.cam) and all associated digital services.
• "User" / "You" — the person who has created or intends to create an account on the Platform.
• "We" / "bfok" — the entity operating the Platform.
• "Bonus" — promotional funds, free spins or other rewards provided by bfok.

• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

To move to a higher tier, you must use the platform regularly and actively. The benefits and privileges of each tier are set by bfok and are subject to change. The final decision on VIP cashback payments and related terms rests with bfok.

9. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on the bfok platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is affected by a technical error, bfok will investigate and make a decision, and that decision will be considered final.
• For cricket betting, results for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international matches are verified from official sources.
• For slots and live casino games, the game provider's rules apply.
• If an error is found in a game result, bfok may cancel that round and refund the relevant bets.
• bfok is not responsible for any game or bet affected by loss of internet connection.

10. Special Terms for Sports Betting

Please keep the following terms in mind when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports events:

• Odds given before a match starts are subject to change; the odds at the time of confirmation apply.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with the betting rules.
• For live betting, bfok reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.
• The official result of any tournament, including ICC, FIFA and BPL, will be treated as final.
